No community meetings are scheduled at this time. We are preparing for the 2026 legislative session in Annapolis.  CHARM Maryland held community meetings in Montgomery County Public Libraries on April 13, April 26, August 10, and October 12 in 2025. (Wheaton; Quince Orchard; and Gaithersburg twice). We look forward to hosting both in-person and online public gatherings in the New Year, and reaching out to COC homeowners across the State of Maryland.  We thank our audiences for sharing their experiences, struggles, and advocacy.
