Tell us your story
We believe that most Maryland homeowners live in great common ownership communities with well-run associations. But a growing number do not. That's why we're here. Telling us about your experience of abusive behavior by boards and their hired agents can help us get state lawmakers to listen.
(CHARM Maryland does not engage in disputes. We gather data and examples of abuse, report about problems, and work with allies to pursue legislative solutions that work! We do not share the names of persons, places, or institutions as we summarize what homeowners describe on this webpage form.)
